End User License Agreement (EULA) – okID
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Bluem B.V., the owner and provider of the okID identity verification solution.
By using okID, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
License Grant
Bluem B.V. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use okID solely for its intended purpose.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to okID, including but not limited to all software, code, and related materials, are and remain the sole property of Bluem B.V. All associated intellectual property rights are fully reserved.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of okID in any form or by any means.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of okID and destroy any copies in your possession.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluem B.V. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use okID.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluem B.V. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use okID.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
